Boat Party times may change depending on the week, the boat company we rent the boat from reserves all rights.
Terms and Conditions:
Please be aware that boat party cancelations can happen by the boat company due to rare unforeseen events, weather, mechanical or other issues and have a backup plan just in case. https://www.vipsouthbeach.com/terms-conditions
Cancelations:
If the boat company cancels the boat party on your scheduled date you can either reschedule or we will refund your deposits in full, **otherwise all deposits at no refundable.** You pay the remaining ticket balance at the boat check in that night once you check in and receive a wrist band **the boat companies policy is no refunds on the remaining ticket balance.**
Ticket Deposit / Remaining Ticket Balance:
**To reserve the boat party package the ticket deposit is ($40.00 per person deposit) and you (pay the remaining ticket balance of ($70.00 each in cash only) that night at the boat check in. **Please not the boat company only takes cash at the boat for the remaining ticket balance)**
